What is the Trade Rewards Program?
The Trade Rewards Program is an incentive program designed to reward you for selling and installing eligible gas appliances. You can earn cash incentives for every qualifying sale and installation, refer colleagues to earn bonuses, and participate in quizzes and video activities to gain extra entries into the major prize draw.
Who can participate?
The program is open to licensed plumbers, gas fitters, and other eligible trade professionals. If you work in the gas industry and sell qualifying appliances, within NSW, you can take part.
How long does the promotion run?
The promotion runs from 11/06/2025 to 31/12/2025. Make sure to submit all claims and redeem rewards before the closing date.
Earning Rewards
How do I earn cash rewards?
You can earn rewards by:
- Selling an eligible gas appliance and submitting a claim.
- Referring a colleague who registers and submits their first claim.
- Completing quizzes and watching videos to gain extra entries into the major prize draw.
How much can I earn for each appliance?
The incentive amount depends on the type of appliance installed. Below is a list of eligible appliances and the reward amounts:

How do I submit a claim?
Simply log in to your account, go to Enter a Claim, and upload proof of sale and installation. Claims are verified within 3 business days, and once approved, your reward will be added to your balance.
What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?
For all claims, you must retain copies of receipts for the qualifying purchase. The receipt must clearly show:
- The retailer’s name and location
- The date of purchase
- The product(s) purchased
- A receipt showing a qualifying purchase can only be used for one claim, regardless of how many qualifying purchases are on the receipt.
What are likely reasons for a declined claim?
Claims may be declined for the following reasons:
- The receipt is illegible or incomplete
- The receipt has already been used for another claim
- The purchase was made outside the promotion period
- The participating product is not listed on the invoice
Major Prize Draw
What is the major prize?
The major prize for this promotion is Luxury Escapes Voucher, valued at $10,000. Every qualifying activity (such as referrals, quiz completions, and video views) earns you extra entries into the draw.
How do I enter the major prize draw?
You can earn entries in the following ways:
- Completing the Renewable Gas Quiz
- Watching Renewable Gas Videos
- Opting to exchange your sign-up bonus for additional entries
- By referring a colleague to the program, and your colleague signing up to also participate
The more entries you earn, the better your chances of winning.
Using & Cashing Out Rewards
How do I cash out my rewards?
You can withdraw your balance to a digital Visa card at any time. Simply go to your Dashboard, select Cash Out, and enter the amount you’d like to withdraw. You can choose to withdraw your full balance or a portion of it.
Can I share my rewards with someone else?
Yes! You can split your rewards and send part of your balance to another participant. Just select Share Your Rewards on your dashboard, enter the recipient’s details, and they’ll receive an email with instructions to access their Visa card.
How and when will I receive my Visa Card?
The Digital Visa Gift Card will be issued to the email address/s provided in your claim form within seven (7) days of claim approval.
Referrals & Bonus Rewards
How does the referral program work?
If you refer a colleague and they register and submit their first claim, both of you will earn a referral bonus or extra entries into the major prize draw.
How many colleagues can I refer?
There’s no limit! The more you refer, the more you earn. They must sign up to the program for the referrer to receive the referral bonus.
